About this event
The workshop was organized as a part of AlertHub’s ongoing efforts to develop effective tools for stakeholder engagement, a dedicated workshop was held to shape a shared concept for combining AlertHub’s communication channels with the Knowledge Library of our partner, the Union for Civil Protection Knowledge Network (UCPKN). Activities focused on strengthening this collaboration, with particular attention to increasing the visibility, reach, and impact of AlertHub’s results and insights. A central objective was to support the transfer of knowledge to key target groups—practitioners, policymakers, and academics working in disaster management and warning communication across Europe and beyond. Discussions explored practical strategies for reaching relevant stakeholders, aligning content with their needs and interests, and ensuring long-term relevance in a rapidly evolving risk communication landscape.
